Funny Face, a comedian from Ghana, was placed on custody by the Ofaakor Circuit court in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region after his horrific accident on Sunday, March 24.

At Kakraba Junction in Kasoa, Funny Face was detained when he struck four individuals with his automobile, including a motorcyclist and a lady with two children.

Until his next court appearance, he is anticipated to be detained by the police for a period of two weeks.

Three of the injured individuals have been transferred to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital, while one is receiving treatment at a nearby clinic in Nyanyano Kakraba, according to a news report by Kofi Adjei.

On the other hand, one victim's brother revealed that his brother is a patient in the Nyanyano Kakraba community hospital, unconscious.

The victim's brother, Isaac Asare, stated in an interview with Adom News that although his brother was initially sent to Ridge Hospital, they were unable to admit him because of a lack of beds.

He was then sent to the Police Hospital, where entry was likewise denied.

Mr. Asare claimed that when his brother encountered these difficulties, he was brought to the Kakraba village hospital. He mentioned that in order to make a transfer to a larger medical center possible, they pray for divine intervention.

Funny Face gained notoriety after starring in the hit TV show Chorkor Trotro.

It is said that he has been fighting depression lately.

He recently posted a video on social media in which he expressed his anguish at not being able to see his kids.
