"After I left Sarkodie's label, my music career and financial breakthrough began" - Strong man

When Strongman's contract with MicBurnez Music terminated in 2017, he signed with SarkCess Music. He made the decision to quit the label in 2019, nevertheless.

Strongman produced well-known songs for Sarkcess Music, including "Odasani," "Monster," "Vision," and "Baby Girl."

The rapper talked about how his career took off after quitting the record company, leading to higher profits and recognition, in an interview with Kbn Nkansah.

Strongman asserts that he started experiencing financial success in the music industry at about the time he had plans to leave SarkCess Music.

He admitted that before signing with the label, he had some savings that he might have used to buy a car, but he decided to utilize the money for other things instead.

"I believe that I first began to generate money from of music right before I was ready to depart SarkCess. I had some money before SarkCess that I could have used to buy a car, but I didn't and I instead spent it on other things," he stated.

Strongman thanked Sarkodie, the CEO of SarkCess Music, for helping him advance his career in the entertainment industry during the conversation.

But he highlighted that he feels more at ease now in terms of composing music and other aspects of his life than he did while he was with the company.

"Life is no longer stressful since I left. Sarkodie did help, and I'm not saying he didn't; I've never stated that. You wouldn't expect me to stay in Form 1 if I was in Form 1 before I joined Sarkcess; my level would have moved to Form 2.

Despite Sarkcess' assistance, I am content with where I am right now. It's not about the financial element, but more how I feel now that certain things have been cleansed from my mind, he said.

Strongman acknowledged the assistance Sarkodie provided, but he said he was happy with where he is right now because his mind is free of certain restrictions.
