Denning Edem Hotor, better known by his stage name Edem, a Ghanaian musician and entertainer, has expressed his displeasure with the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO).

According to the author of the well-known song "You Dey Craze," the Ghana Musicians Royalty Organization (GHAMRO) is the most ineffective government organization in Ghana.

This comes after GHAMRO paid out royalties to its registered members at the end of the year, with some artists receiving as little as GH153.27.

"No entity for Artiste in Ghana be worthless pass "GHAMRO" on my Mama..on GOD," Edem complained on social media.

Rex Omar, the chairman of the GHAMRO Board, recently responded to those who have long accused him of reducing the remuneration of artists at the organization.
