Ghanaian socialite, Hajia4Real, has vowed to stand up for women who are being oppressed by men in Ghana.

The slay queen, whose real name is Mona Montrage, displayed intense disgust for men who are of the opinion that women cannot achieve success independently.

She made her assertions in reaction to the rumored comment made by Chairman Wontumi that her birthday presents (a house and a Range Rover) were given by Ibrahim Mahama in order to keep her from Kennedy Agyapong.

She could not hide her displeasure at the way that Ghanaians see her as an average woman. She took to her Snapchat to rebuff the claims and to state that she is ready to fight for the women of the land who have too long been silenced by men who feel they can't be successful with their own efforts.

“It is only in Africa that some men think that women are incapable of achieving success independently of men. This nonsense must stop now!!! And I’m willing to fight for this cause for myself and for other women of our land #womenarecapable.” She hit out.

She also had her lawyers reach out to Chairman Wontumi, who has been served with an ultimatum to retract the derogatory statement or face legal action.
