According to Adane Best, if you don't support his music because he wrote a political song, then you never liked it

Adane Best, a seasoned Highlife artist, claims that when he writes a song for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) or National Democratic Congress (NDC), it will be wrong for anyone to reject his music.

According to Adane Best, if you don't support his music because he wrote a political song, then you never liked it

He claims that because he has bills to pay, any political party that approaches him should be aware that their conversation with him is solely business-related.

"You never liked my songs if you didn't patronize them because I wrote a song for the NDC or NPP, or vice versa.

"I'm a businessman and a musician, and I have debts to pay. The Ghanaian people should be aware of this if any political party approaches me today and requests that I record a song, I will.

"I don't understand why doing a song for a political party would cause somebody to object to me. We still appreciate their music, despite the fact that Daddy Lumba and Nacee wrote songs for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP), respectively.

To commemorate 32 years in the music business, Adane Best is organizing a significant concert named "The Ayitey Concert" for February of the next year.

"My first song, Ayitey, will turn 32 in February of next year, and I'm happy to report that. Given the song's influence, I think it merits celebration. I hope the big event with the top highlife musicians goes well. I invited them. The songs on my 11th studio album, which I'll release after the show, will blow Ghanaians' minds, he promised.

Adane Best claims that he gives his songs careful thought before releasing them because he wants them to serve as a living testimony. "I don't just release songs for the sake of releasing them, but I make sure they carry messages that last forever," he remarked.
