Abankwa Yeboah declares intention to contest in NPP chairmanship race

The National Treasurer for the New Patriotic Party, Mr Kwabena Abankwa Yeboah says he is interested in running for the position of National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Mr Abankwa Yeboah was speaking to the pressmen at Goaso during the Ahafo Regional NPP's Delegates conference. He told that his decision to run for the said position once the nomination is officially opened is in the best interest of the party and the country.

“I come from grassroots and I understand that when you got good leadership of any party, you have the strength to advance your objectives.

Mr Abankwa Yeboah pledged to bring whole new energy and the experience he gathered during his service party as National Trueaser.

“I am bringing energy, motivation and excitement with my experience from grassroots to National level as Trueaser

“When the NPP stays in government, Ghana is better. We are the better managers of the economy.
