Liverpool and Arsenal among clubs to welcome fans next week on Matchdays
The City of Manchester is under Tier 3 and will continue to play behind closed doors.
Eight clubs have been placed under the Tier 2 of locations allowed by the UK government to permit spectators back to sporting events.
Prime Minister, Boris Johnson eased down restrictions of coronavirus on sports last Monday and when the latest national lockdown is lifted on December 2, indoor and outdoor sporting venues in tier 1 and 2 would be allowed to welcome a limited number of spectators.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Liverpool, Spurs and West Ham are Premier League clubs that will allow fans during matchdays after been shut out for almost a year now.
A maximum number of 2,000 fans are expected to watch games of clubs under tier 2, with Arteta's side expected to play for the first time since March in front of spectators when they host Rapid Wien in the Europa League.
Liverpool will have 2,000 fans present at Anfield when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers on December 5.
Manchester City, United, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Leeds and Wolves are in Tier three, considered as locations with the highest restrictions. The six teams will still play games behind closed doors until cases of coronavirus drops along the line.
The rest of the clubs – Brighton, Burnley, Leicester, Sheffield United, Southampton and West Brom are yet to be decided by the government in the coming days.
