The first fixture will happen between Real Betis and Sevilla on Day one of the restart after La Liga announced on Spanish TV.

LaLiga have not yet agreed on any official calendar for the return of LaLiga Santander, but they have put together a plan awaiting for the Health Ministry's green light.

Spanish football's governing body have marked the weekend of June 14 as a possible start for both LaLiga Santander and LaLiga Smartbank.

According to this schedule, the 2019/20 season in the top tier will draw to a close on July 19 and the campaign in the second division will end on August 2.

LaLiga president Javier Tebas has informed the clubs that the official dates - at least those of the first four matchdays - will be released on Monday or Tuesday.

The LaLiga Assembly has also updated some statutory norms, focusing on the deadlines for the financial control which could not be met.

Everything has been adapted to the new reality following the coronavirus outbreak and they have also discussed the teams' trips which will be organized by LaLiga.

A protest took place outside the league's headquarters in Madrid from media workers who have expressed their unease with the rules set for the games' coverage.
