Wenchi: School authorities appeal for completion of abandoned GETfund projects

 Assistant Headmaster of the old Mframaso M/A basic school Twene Amos has appealed for the completion of abandoned projects in the school to address the classroom deficit.

He lamented that the project which was started years ago by the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETfund) remanded uncompleted.

The school is facing classroom challenges.

" This project which was funded by the GETfund was our only hope to address the situation after 10 years the project is still incompleted Twene Amos said.

He further reiterated that a rainstorm has ripped off their old school building.

The Principal Superintendent of Education, expressed these sentiments on Wednesday when the Member of Parliament for Wenchi Hon Alhaji Seidu Haruna presented dual desks to the school.

He also appealed for computers, among other things to help enhance education.

Recently Parliament approved a budget for GETfund to complete its stalled projects so I would make sure GETfund completes all these projects in the constituency to ensure students and teachers have access to these facilities to help enhance quality education the Wenchi Lawmaker said
