The Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic (NDC) in the Akuapem South Constituency of the Eastern Region, Madam Lawrencia Adwoa Dziwornu has challenged branch executive members to work together with diligence, hunger for power and vigilance towards the 2024 General Elections in order to attain a convincing victory.
In the light of this, the PC tasked, each Branch Executive member with a performance target to bring to the NDC at least, twelve (12) new members by 7th December, 2024.
Madam Adwoa Lawrencia Dziwornu, recalled how the NPP then in opposition worked hungrily in their 2016 campaign and assumed power subsequently.
The Parliamentary Candidate, who is contesting for the second time, was on Thursday, 8th June, 2023 speaking at Fahiakor during a meeting with Branch Executive members on Day Two (2) of her Thank You Tour after her elections in the the Party's Parliamentary Primaries on 13 May, 2023.
The second day of the PC's Thank You Tour took her and the team to the Fahiakor, Dago and Ahyirensu Wards of the Constituency.
Accompanying the PC on her tour were Lawyer Samuel Aboagye-Amoah-Essa, a contestant in the Party's Primaries as well as Constituency Executive members who variously pledged to work tirelessly towards victory in 2024.
The Branch Executive Members delightfully welcomed the P.C. and pledged to work hard towards the collective victory of the party.
The ongoing Tour continues on Friday, 9th June, 2023 and is expected to get to Obodan, Attakrom/Amanfro, Nsakye/Otiakrom and Pokrom Wards.
