Unidentified female found dead in Koforidua
The Eastern Regional Police Command has since retrieved the body and deposited it at the morgue.

A body in its early stage of decomposing has been found at Asokore, a suburb of Koforidua, in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
It is believed to be a female body and yet to be identified. Residents and bystanders along the Kasadjan highway stretch towards the Oyoko roundabout on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 found it in the middle of the town.
The Eastern Regional Police Command has since retrieved the body and deposited it at the morgue.
The cause of her death is unknown, however residents suspect foul play in her death.
The police have commenced investigations into the death and identification of the deceased.
