Marcus Rashford’s late goal gave Manchester United the deserved victory at the Parc De Princes, stretching their unbeaten run at the venue to 17 matches.

Paris Saint Germain started the game strongly with David De Gea making a few saves to keep Manchester United in the game.

Neymar and Di María combined in the 15-minutes to almost conjure the opener. Stepping in from the left, Neymar was able to take his pick of players in good positions, and the shot from Di María was almost one of his trademark efforts.

Diallo conceded a penalty for a foul on Anthony Martial as Bruno Fernandez put the visitors ahead in the 29-minute through a spot-kick.

After VAR reviewed the first, saved by Keylor Navas, the Manchester United captain put his minor penalty blip behind him and stride up confidently to stroke the ball into the same corner, with Navas diving the other way on this occasion.

Paris looked rattled since conceding and regarded more likely to score after conceding.  Alex Telles was bursting forward at every opportunity and provided a decisive pass for Bruno Fernandes to once again test Navas for a second.

Martial scored an own goal to level the scores ten minutes into the second half from a corner. The Red Devils forward rose to clear Neymar’s corner from the left but misdirected his header over his own goalkeeper and into the corner of the net.

The game got intense as the home team kept pressing for the winner with Martial missing a glorious opportunity to restore the lead. Paris were unable to clear their lines after another Alex Telles corner that picked out McTominay, with Shaw's centre from the left met by Martial's bullet header.

The home side continued to pile the pressure towards David de Gea's goal forcing United to struggle in clearing their lines. The visitors almost fell behind were it not for Wan-Bissaka's tackling abilities.

Three minutes to end the game, Rashford scored the winner to keep United unbeaten run at the Parc De Princess alive. Pogba received a pass on the edge of the box with his back to goal but was unable to find a way through. He squared it for Rashford, who burst into the area before firing a low, right-footed strike just inside the upright.
