Beverly Afaglo has sensationally claimed that Ghanaians are directly responsible for her husband's failure in the music industry.

Her husband, Eugene Baah, popularly known as Praye Honeho, was formerly a member of the defunct Praye Music Group.

The group officially announced their break up in 2012 after core member Praye Tenten left, leaving Praye Honeho and Praye Tietia to hold the fort.

The duo later parted ways in 2014.

They went solo and released a couple of songs but they could not recapture the magic they made as a group. Although they tried to come back together, the reunion was unsuccessful.

Praye Tietia, who spoke on behalf of the group said the break up was the worst decision they took.

“Yes, that was obviously a decision to regret since at the time, we were making it big in the industry so definitely, it wasn’t the best decision we took at the time,” he said.

Beverly Afaglo has now said that it was the lack of support from Ghanaians when her husband went solo that caused him to fold.

According to her, in an interview with Sammy Kay on the ‘Go online show’, Praye Honeho has currently put his music career on hold, to pursue higher education and also work on the side abroad just to make money for the family.

No one gave the "Choirmaster" a chance when became a solo artiste hence he had to go back to his group ‘Praye’ after some considerations before his eventual exit from music.

She then warned young folks in Ghana and especially on social media not to run down legends who have entertained Ghanaians with their talents and craft.
