There will be hardship in Ghana with E-levy-TDN to Supreme Court

Things have really fallen apart and Ghanaians are experiencing unprecedented terrible living conditions in the history of Ghana, and obviously, the E- Levy will rather worsen the plight of Ghanaians hence without E-Levy there will be hardship in Ghana, TDN this does not add up.

There will be hardship in Ghana with E-levy-TDN to Supreme Court

This ruling did not come as a surprise to Truth Defence Network (TDN) and most Ghanaians at all, as outcomes of political cases under the current dispensation are so predictable.

In a press release signed by the Communications Director, Unas A. Dadzie, there is already unbearable hardship in the country and it is on the increase every day.

Things have really fallen apart and Ghanaians are experiencing unprecedented terrible living conditions in the history of Ghana, and the E- Levy will rather worsen the plight of Ghanaians hence without E-Levy there will be hardship in Ghana, to TDN this does not add up.

"Firstly, are those judges saying or want to tell us that there is no hardship in Ghana already and that without E-Levy there will be a hardship?", it stressed.

According to him, is it the case that when the fundamentals are weak and the Economic Management team is clueless, Judges will control the economy because it seems this ruling was not determined by the constitution or law but by economics.

"Question again is, are those judges now Economists or Ministers of Finance? Or is it the case that the Judges are 'talking too much with the president than using the constitution/law' in their judgments these days?", it queried.

He further questioned if this is how far this government led by President Akufo Addo and Dr. Bawumia has brought Ghanaians?

"So in conclusion, the judges must know that there is so much hardship in Ghana already and in fact on the rise every day; and the E-Levy will rather increase the hardship and not a panacea to government's 'man-made' problems", it mentioned.
