The founder of Banquet of Worship urges nonviolent voting

Pastor Kojo Oteng, the originator of the Banquet of Worship, has urged Ghanaians, especially politicians, to put peace first before, during, and after the country's forthcoming general elections in December.

He asserted that despite differences in political and ethnic backgrounds, all Ghanaians have a shared identity and that every Ghanaian should be engaged in maintaining the nation's unity.

"A husband, wife, and child may come from different backgrounds, but we are still Ghanaians at heart." And it is what matters most. We pray that God will clear the skies for victory and peace in the upcoming election. Ultimately, Ghana will prevail, according to Pastor Kojo Oteng.

On Sunday, March 10, 2024, he made the appeal during this year's Banquet of Worship, Bow 2024. The topic of discussion was "The Father's Blessing."

The sixth iteration of the program was launched during the Bow 2024 event.

Gospel praise artists Brty Music, Rev. PJ Markwei, Ekwo Bus-Sam, Joyous Kwame, and Pastor Oteng himself performed at the event.

A number of choirs, including Kainos Joint Choir, Wombs of Worship, Beautiful Melodians, Sword of Gideon, and Zoe Temple Choir, alternated performances with the worship leaders.
