Teacher Kwadwo leaves Ghana after GES sacked him

Ghanaian teacher and comedian Michael Kwadwo Afriyie who is well known as Teacher Kwadwo has apparently left the shores of Ghana for abroad  few days after he was sacked by Ghana Education Service.

In a recent update on his social media page, Teacher Kwadwo has shares a photo of himself at the airport and captioned it that he has decided to leave Ghana for good.

He wrote in the local language,” yeyi wo baabi a, k) baabi.”

His caption insinuates that since he's not welcomed in Ghana, he has decided to vacate abroad where he would be appreciated and welcomed.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) took disciplinary action against Teacher Kwadwo for misconduct and insubordination.

In a post to announce the grim news, Teacher Kwadwo who doubles as a comedian said he was targeted by GES and his sack letter was prepared long before it was given to him.

According to him, the only reason he was sacked was his constant banter with the statutory institution.
