Tanzania disputes allegations of kidnappings in Serengeti National Park.

Tanzania's national parks office has disputed accusations that rangers in the world-famous Serengeti park beat and kidnapped locals.

It comes amid reports that some persons have gone missing months after being apprehended in mysterious circumstances by wildlife rangers.

Tanzania National Parks (Tanapa) said it has received no official allegations of rangers beating locals or instances of anyone going missing from the park in a statement.

It is recommended people in charge of internet platforms be cautious about the material they publish to avoid causing conflict, particularly when it comes to situations endangering human lives.

Tanaka stated that it would continue to play its part in preserving the country's cultural legacy.
