The harmful use of drugs in Ghana especially among the Youth is becoming alarming and continues to negatively impact the individuals taking them as well as their families, communities and the Nation as a whole. 
The situation worsens on daily basis as the Youth are moving from the usual alcohol, weed, cocoaine, tramadol and other known drugs to exploit or discover new substances that would make them "high" all the time.
In Techiman Municipality the Bono East Regional capital, the inhaling of “Crazy Glue” commonly known as "Super Glue" is the new discovery of the Youth which they consume in high quantities at the various Ghettos; a situation which has already caused shortage of Super glue products in the various shops.
Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com, some shop owners in Techiman confirmed the everyday rush for Super glue by the uouth which has created its shortage therefore denying people who genuinely need it for useful purposes some of the product to buy. 
Meanwhile, when our Correspondent went ahead to interact with some Youth at a Ghetto in Techiman, users of this new craze “Super glue” said that costs them between GHc1 to GHc2 the whole day to be “High” as compared to other drugs like Tramor, Weed or Cocaine which costs between GHc4 – GHc100 just for a day.
One drug addict (name withheld) who spoke to shared how they used the Super glue and the feelings they get after inhaling it.
