THE NEW Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Suaman Constituency of the Western North Region will on Sunday, September 10, 2023, hold its extraordinary Delegates Conference to officially confirm the Parliamentary Candidate hopeful on the ticket of the NPP, Mr Frederick Addy who goes unopposed in the Suaman  NPP  primaries.
This came to light after the young astute politician became the only candidate to file nomination forms to contest the parliamentary primaries to lead the party in the Suaman Constituency in the 2024 Parliamentary  Elections.
Following this development, those who are eligible to vote in the extraordinary delegates conference to confirm Mr Addy as the Parliamentary Candidate are the coordinators, Polling Station Executives, Council of Elders, Patrons and Constituency Executives of the Party in the Constituency.
The Extraordinary Delegates' Conference has been scheduled to take place at the SDA Church premises, Dadieso.
Speaking in an interview with some journalists ahead of the event, the Suaman Constituency Secretary of the NPP, Mr. Luckson Afoakwah entreated all the Delegates to endeavour to show up in their numbers to give the popular acclamation to Mr. Addy.  He added that Mr Addy is the right choice for the Party considering the plethora of social interventions who has the project he has undertaken.
He said "I am assured that this special event will be held peacefully and devoid of any disturbance. So we are expecting that the delegates and members of the NPP will attend in their numbers affirm the official confirmation of Mr Addy who runs unopposed in the NPP’s upcoming parliamentary primaries," Mr Afoakwah assured.
