Chronix has hailed Stonebwoy as a true Jamaican prodigy.

The reggae artiste maintained that even though Stonebwoy was born in Ghana, he is a Jamaican by heart with his original reggae and dancehall tunes.

According to Chronix, Stonebwoy is the very embodiment of an indigenous Jamaican with his recent global dominance of the reggae genre.

“Big up Stonebwoyb. The man is a Jamaican. That is what I want people to know – that he is the only Jamaican artiste from Ghana. Full Jamaican artiste from Ghana,” Chronix stated.

The Burniton Music Group Boss has been on fire with his local and international collaborations.

His major style of music uses two major elements of Jamaican dancehall music - the use of digital instruments, and the use of riddims, instrumentals to which his lyrics are added.

Chronix now joins a host of international artists who has stated their respect for Stonebwoy's uniqueness and authenticity.

Reggae legend, Sean Paul, emphatically stated that Stonebwoy is number one in the world when it comes to dancehall acts.

To the point where Stonebwoy was the only non-Jamaican artiste he featured on his latest album titled “Live and Living”.

He maintained that Stonebwoy is one of the very few artists that pay homage to Jamaica in their works.

"You know what I rate about him {Stonebwoy)? There’s not a lot of people that do dancehall and say that they do dancehall. They also don’t come to Jamaica for the production.
I really respect that about him, he knows that what we developed here is authentic. He comes through and I really respect that,” he concluded.
