Sekesua Soccer Gala Under Auspice Of Upper Manya Krobo MP Has Ended With Jubilation
The annual event which is solely sponsored by the Honourable Bismark Tetteh Nyarko saw scouts coming from the United States of America and Somanya and Patrick Razak, a former player of Accra Hearts of Oak and a professional footballer at the invitation of the Honourable Member of PARLIAMENT.

THE ANNUAL Sekesua soccer gala under the auspice of the Member of Parliament (MP) for Upper Manya Krobo Constituency in the Eastern Region, Bismark Tetteh Nyarko came to a climax on December Sunday 31, 2024 with 32 football teams participating.
The annual event which is solely sponsored by the Honourable Bismark Tetteh Nyarko saw scouts coming from the United States of America and Somanya and Patrick Razak, a former player of Accra Hearts of Oak and a professional footballer at the invitation of the Honourable Member of PARLIAMENT.
At the end of the week-long event, all the 32 participating teams received a set of jerseys and footballs.
The third team received a set of jerseys and a football, a bronze medal and a cash prize while the second placed team , Shining Stars FC from Sutapong received a set of jerseys, and a football, a silver medal and a cash prize.
Saint Luke FC from Dawa Korlewa edged out Shining Stars FC on penalties to be the overall champions.
They received similar prizes but with a gold medal and a gold plated cup that would be competed for annually.
Individual players received prizes of gold plated cups for the Best Player and Highest Scorer in the tournament.
Two very outstanding players were drafted by the scouts for further training.
In his address to the teams at the closing ceremony, Honourable Bismark Tetteh Nyarko said all talents in the constituency must be harnessed in the youth to bring development
He advised the players to train seriously to achieve higher heights in their football career.
