Traditional authority in Apam has warned the general public to desist from swimming in the Sea apart from the beaches.
Alex Donkor Information emanating from Apam in the Gomoa West District of the central region indicates that two persons have reported drowning in the Sea and one was rescued.
Source says Kofi Kwasah, 21 years old who was a Mason now deceased went to the Seashore with a friend to bath after construction work but unfortunately drown in the process.
Soireenews speaking with the chief priest and Entourage noted that they were at the scene to perform traditional rites for the gods of the land to enable the copse to appear at the Seashore.
The priest has hinted that the traditional authority in Apam has warned the general public to desist from swimming in the Sea apart from the beaches.
The mother of the deceased Madam Esi Mercy has expressed sadness over the unfortunate incidents.
