Paris St. Germain will sell Neymar in the summer but not for cheap.

The French club wants cash of £72m for the Brazil winger plus a player in addition as make weight.

The Sun reported on Thursday, July 16, 2020, that PSG wants former Borussia Dortmund forward, Ousmane Dembele to be part of Neymar’s deal before the agreement can be reached.

Neymar’s transfer from Barca to PSG stands as the most expensive player in the world following the Spanish club’s €222m move in 2017.

He has been strongly linked to his former side and a deal is expected to happen between the two yet PSG demands a huge sum commanded from them when the Brazilian was leaving Camp Nou.

One of Neymar’s agent, Ribeiro a few months ago confirmed that his client's transfer to Spain will not happen this season due to the coronavirus pandemic which has affected the football budget so bad yet it seems PSG are tempted to let the player go following an expression of unhappiness in the Ligue 1 club.

Speaking to Fox Sports, he revealed that, “I think Neymar will stay at PSG because the market is different.

“The economic world of football will change.”

“I have been in Madrid many times because Florentino Pérez’s goal is to recruit Neymar [to Real Madrid.] Last year, in May, I was with him in his office. He told me he had a dream to sign him.”

 Dembele since his heroics at Dortmund have fallen out as a result of injury and lost admiration of the Barca fans £135m  three years ago making 74 appearances and scoring 19 goals.

The coronavirus has affected club’s finances and the Blaugranas might not be able to handle the deal unless a few players including former Liverpool ‘magician’ Coutinho are offloaded.
