Pedro will move to the Italian Serie A next season.

The Chelsea forward has agreed to join AS Roma when his contract expires at the end of the season.

The 32-year old’s agreement will expire at the end of June but he signed a short term deal to finishing the season with the Blues due to the coronavirus halt.

Whiles addressing the press on Pedro and Willian’s contract, Frank Lampard chose to focus on the Brazilian’s meaning Pedro would not have an addition when the season finally ends.

‘We’re still talking with the players and with Willian in particular we’re talking with him,’ continued Lampard

‘I don’t really want to get into talking about beyond this season. I want Willian to play his best football for the next nine or whatever games it is depending on our cup runs and that’s it.

‘Behind the scenes we will talk. I get on very well with Willian himself and so do the club so we’ll see what happens.’

Pedro arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2015 from Barcelona.

He has scored 43 goals in 201 games since joining Chelsea and helped them win the Premier League in 2017, FA Cup in 2018 and Europa League in 2019.
