Panfokurom community development vocational/ Technical institute (Pampoly) principal, Madam Erica Kornor has revealed that the whole Pampoly institute owned only one computer serving about 500 students.

According to her, the school has a lot of challenges like inadequate furniture, school bus, facility for the students to undertake practicals and most importantly one computer serving the whole school.

Speaking at the 63rd graduation ceremony with the theme " Equipping the youth with technical/vocational skills for sustainable National development: the role of Tvet, the principal  urge the graduands to be masters of their own not to look for avenues in the public sector, practice what they've been taught in order make living for themselves and others.

In addition Miss Milly Gyimah, who spoke in favor of the director general for Tvet, Mad Mawusi applauded the government for introducing Tvet education to reduce unemployment rate for those who are not brilliant but can do something with their hands.

However, there are a lot of opportunities that the Tvet education can offer not in only for cooking and making pastries alone but the graduands can meander themselves into Police, Army, immigration and other security services, Public work commission, airlines hospitality management, maritime industry, shipping lines, real estate, local government service and real estate development.

Honorable Member of Parliament for Gomoa East Constituency, Desmond Degraft Paitoo also assured the students that their parents have never made a mistake by enrolling them into Tvet education but they should rather make a living out of it if possible upgrade themselves in their field of work.

Making his position on the challenges confronting the school, he promised to provide the  school with brand new set of 10 computers within September/October 2022.

Some graduands also shared their experience whiles in school and make good use of whatever they've been taught as they are going out.
