Nzema East MCE Is Performing Well To Our Expectations -Gwira Banso Chief Praises Her 

Nana Ette Akrede II praised the MCE when the Western Regional Minister, Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah visited Gwira Banso as part of his visit to the municipality to inspect the progress of work on the construction of Gwira Banso Police Station and other ongoing projects in the area.

The Chief of Gwira Banso, Nana Ette Akrede II, has praised the Municipal Chief Executive (DCE) of Nzema East District Assembly, Honourable Dorcas Elizabeth Amoah of being performing well to the expectations to the constituents of Evalue-Gwira-Ajomoro since she was appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
 
He stated that Madam Amoah has been desmostrating her mother for all agenda of bringing projects and programmes to the municipality which are improving lives and transforming the community.
"We are commending the Municipal Chief Executive of Nzema East, Madam Dorcas Elizabeth Amoah, for championing numerous social and infrastructure developmental projects and programmes in the area and the municipality at large," the chief stated.
He said, the MCE, through the support of the assembly, has been working hard to improve social infrastructure which is helping to enhance the living conditions and socio-economic lives of the people in the community.
Nana Ette Akrede II praised the MCE when the Western Regional Minister, Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah visited Gwira Banso as part of his visit to the municipality to inspect the progress of work on the construction of Gwira Banso Police Station and other ongoing projects in the area.
He described the MCE as hardworking and committed as she had stood on her feet to strive for projects to the municipality which is improving lives and transforming the community.
He mentioned the construction of Gwira Banso Police Station and some projects in other communities as being facilitated by the MCE.
She has interest in every project and gives it strict supervision to ensure work is done well.
“The contractor building the Gwira Banso Police Station always coke to me and say, Nana the MCE is very tough, she is always on me, calling and coming to site….”
The Chief pledged to support the MCE to bring more development to the Nzema East, particularly Gwira Banso.
He urged Madam Dorcas Elizabeth Amoah not to rest on her oars, but to continue to work hard to promote progress in the municipality.
Nana Ette Akrede II while commending the MCE, bemoaned the state at which the people of Gwira Banso struggle over bad telecommunications network in the area.
He said, teachers, nurses including National Service personnel who are posted to the area decline their posting after visiting the area for the first time. And this has been happening over the years.
He appealed to the Western Regional Minister to help address the challenges they are faced with.
The Western Regional Minister, Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah in response told the chief that he has already received the report and has informed the Communications Minister which she has also given the assurance to address the network problem for the people of Gwira Banso.
