NPP Amenfi West parliamentary hopeful pledges to develop constituency

Aspiring New Patriotic Party ( NPP) candidate for Amenfi East constituency in Western Region, Dr Isaac Nana Afriyie has commended the Municipal Chief Executive for the area,Mr Fredrick Krankye for his outstanding service to the people within the enclave. According to him, the MCE's performance is worthy of emulation. Given the opportunity as the Member of Parliament,Dr. Isaac Afriyie has pledged to replicate same service to the good people of Amenfi West. The Amenfi West ruling NPP parliamentary hopeful reiterated his resolve to offer the people a better representation in the august house. Speaking in an interview on Kessben TV morning show, Dr Afriyie disclosed that even though the ruling NPP lost parliamentary seat, the good works of the MCE is exposing the NDC member of Parliament who had not done anything in the Constituency. Dr. Afriyie assured the constituent of a steady development with the help of his network when elected as parliamentary candidate of NPP. He appealed to the party delegates to vote for him to become MP for the area. Dr. Afriyie urged party delegates to vote for him to continue to support he has been offering to people from the Constituency. Expressing his concern on the illegal mining menace in his constituency, Dr Afriyie urge government not to burn any excavators seize at galamsay sites since the state can use to reshape our roads. He added that most of the water bodies in the Constituency is destroyed because of illegal mining but said the work is lucrative and call on government to find an alternative work for the people involved. Dr Afriyie indicated that his quest to contest for the NPP parliamentary seat was to champion developmental agenda in the Constituency. Dr Afriyie said even though he is currently not a Member of Parliament but because of the links his has been supporting people in the constituency. "I will change the face of Amenfi West constituency when given the nod to lead", he assured. "Amenfi West was of the constituencies that NDC won which surprised most people and with me, Dr. Isaac Nana Afriyie, a medical Doctor is one of key personalities who is expected to win the seat for the NPP in the upcoming delegate conference to afford my the opportunity to face the NDC parliamentary candidate in the upcoming 2024 general elections", he added.
