Lydia Forson has categorically stated that the problem with Ghana is beyond the power of one President.

According to her, the systems that are currently in place aren't helping.

She maintained that there is little any President can do to get the country going if the same systems still remain.

"If our systems don’t change our problems won’t stop with who comes or stays in power." she wrote.

This comes after the actress called out the hypocrites who have been supporting President Akufo Addo in the face of Dumsor while bashing former President John Mahama during his own time.

Lydia Forson maintained that it is those individuals that are causing the downfall of Ghana by not being truthful in the face of problems because of personal allegiances.

"You should be sad that we live in a country where politicians care more about scoring points than they do the people. You should be sad that the youth are so poor and jobless they’ve resorted to aid politicians in their lies for pocket change. We should all be sorry." she stated.

She highlighted a Dumsor article she had written during the time of Mahama and noted how the people who had agreed with her at that time are now disagreeing because the reigns of power have changed.

"It’s been 6 years since #dumsormuststop And 6 years since I wrote this article about then-President Mahama. The people who agreed with me then are now saying #FixYourSelf in response to #FixTheCountry"
