CEO of the Last two, Hammer has expressed that the documentary to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Obrafour's 'Pae Mu Ka' album will not be premiered, if things are not properly fixed.

The documentary, "Lyrics of a Legend" features renowned hiplife and contemporary musicians which tells the story behind hiplife's origination and Obrafour's 'accessory' into the game.

According to the record producer, some things are going unchecked in the filming and he is not content about the plot.

"The documentary makers sighted contradictions in people’s stories and just kept quiet about it. The book writer also sighted some contradictions and Obrafour is kept in the dark. They want the documentary independent of Obrafour critique and opinion and because of that, some of these things are going unchecked. I’m not happy with that."

"People are making it about themselves. People are finding ways and means to show that they were there when this happened. They were not [there]. They were doing their own businesses; we were doing our thing. We need to fact-check all of these things because we need to tell the youth that Reggie’s story started this whole thing.”

He spoke on the need to infuse a narrative line to educate the people not with the motive of releasing a content without inspiration to the world.

“After Reggie, people came; it was the Obrafour album’s that actually made elders accept Hiplife. People have forgotten what really happened at the time. This played a very big role in our music industry and it has to be said right. Because the organizers are in a hurry to release, they are creating the situation, no premier is happening. “

“If you want to do a premier, you must fix these things. I raised my concerns to Obrafour and the financiers and they agreed with me. It’s pulled back."

The documentary has been scheduled for premier on September 27, 2019, at the Silverbird Cinema.
