NDC Branch Executives And Foot Soldiers Send Message To Mahama And Party Hierarchies Ahead Of 2024 Elections
According to the branch executives and foot-soldiers of the party who made this foregoing to former President Dramami Mahama and hierarchies of the party ahead of the 2024 showdown, the leadership of the NDC should be mindful that all the party supporters and members of the party in the branch levels in the 275 constituencies of the country should smile in their pockets after the party virtually wins the 2024 polls.

A call has been made to the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who doubles as the former President, Mr John Dramani Mahama and his next government appointment committee not to discriminate against any NDC.faithfuls who had qualified to be appointed to head various state institutions and agencies when given the nod to become the President of the Republic of Ghana.
According to the branch executives and foot-soldiers of the party who made this foregoing to former President Dramami Mahama and hierarchies of the party ahead of the 2024 showdown, the leadership of the NDC should be mindful that all the party supporters and members of the party in the branch levels in the 275 constituencies of the country should smile in their pockets after the party virtually wins the 2024 polls.
"We all have to admit that we have always been unfair in terms of the treatment we give to our various branches, branch executives and branch members and if it continues, there will be no branches, neither branch executives nor even if they exist, they will become inactive.
"Our attention and focus is always on the national, regional or constituency forgetting that, without these branches none of the above would exist. If party branches boycotted branch elections, there will be no elections in any of the party ranks. The most fundamental of the party are its branches.
"But when it comes to empowerment, job opportunities, resources, financing, our last stop is mostly constituencies," the youth activitist of the NDC in the person of Bola Ray Jnr writes.
Speaking in an interview with Soireenews. com, Bola Ray Jnr on behalf of footsoldiers and youths of the NDC called on the national leadership of the party to resource the constituency and polling station executives saying that the lack of the logistics were affecting the discharging of the activities of the party in the constituency levels.
"I can say at present, there are some branches without meeting places, nor do they have seats, nor do they have motorcycles for the organization of branch meetings. In fact, we ignore branches altogether," he noted.
According to him, the branch, the branch executive, and the branch members suffer for the party the most.
In mitigating this going forward, he stressed that all the branch executives of the NDC should be empowered.
"How we do this, whatever job the person does, we must do well to support them financially, give them tax exemptions, have quick access to resources and those who do not have a job must be helped to get it," he stressed.
Additionally, Mr Bola Ray Jnr indicated that the party must assign godfathers to its branches.
He said that "How do we do that? Each appointee must automatically become the godfather of a branch and in case of need and support, the branch can count on him/her."
He asserted that the non-working female branch executives should automatically be part of the school feeding program, stressing that let us build the base of the NDC to ensure the victory in the 2024 general elections.
