Ms Emefa Akosua Adeti has narrated how her major sponsor left her because she refused his marriage proposal.

As host of the flagship morning show on Joy Prime, Prime Morning, she narrated the story in an interview on Adom TV.

According to her, she never expected that the man would ask for her hand in marriage.

"I was very young, after the competition he asked my hand in marriage but I said no because my vision was big at that time. He was a grown man, people say I should have seen the signs with all the support he provided but I didn’t know.”

The Winner of 2012 Ghana Most Beautiful 6th Edition of the TV3 reality show, however, stated that she does not regret turning down the proposal.

“it was a good decision because I don’t think I could have been able to go back to school.”
