Man in Police custody for allegedly killing 60-year old man
The body which was almost decomposing was removed and deposited at Battor Catholic Hospital for autopsy.

Police at Battor in the North Tongu District of the Volta region has arrested one Tetteh Ofoe for allegedly killing and dumping a 60-year-old man into a latrine.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the Police in the region, DSP Effia Tenge, "someone visited his toilet in his house at dawn on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 and smelt some bad odour and went for a flashlight to check" only to see the said dead body in the pit.
The Police says a preliminary investigation revealed that a cutlass found in suspect Tetteh Ofoe's room has a bloodstain hence his arrest to assist the Police in an investigation.
