Let's Work Hard To Win More Votes From The Vulnerable  Electoral Areas Come 2024 - Krowor MP Urges NDC Executives

National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Krowor Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mrs Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, has said that the party over the years find it extremely difficult to win elections in some of the electoral areas in her constituency.

Following this development, the female legislator charged all branch executives and electoral area coordinators to work extra hard in ensuring victory for the party in these vulnerable areas to secure victory for the party in the upcoming 2024 general elections.

Mrs, Lartey after parliament went into recess visited her constituency to meet her constituents and the party members in a bid of expressing her gratitude and appreciation to them for their immense contribution and support towards the party and her candidature as MP over the years. 

Speaking in an interview with newsmen, the NDC MP disclosed that the meeting is a very important one to express gratitude to the party executives and members for supporting her and utilize the opportunity to fulfill some promises she made to the party executives and members during her 2020 electioneering campaign.

She reiterated that she is on course to alleviate poverty in her constituency indicating that the Uber initiative she presented to her constituents is making some progress and changing lives and will continue to do more of its kind.  

She, therefore, presented cash prizes between Gh¢500.00 to Gh¢2000.00, P. A system and Megaphones for the Electoral area coordinators who pulled more votes for the party in the 2020 elections to be used for campaigns and charged the electoral area coordinators in the vulnerable areas of NDC to work extra hard to ensure victory for the party in the 2024 general elections.

Mrs. Lartey explained that internal party wrangling arises whenever there are internal elections hence the negative and other false information circulated about her within the party by some of her contenders doesn't affect her intention to fight for her reception support from the party members. 

She said truth cannot be hidden in any aspect of life hence the truth in all her doings shall defeat all the deceitful messages peddled against her.

He indicated that the contest is not so much about what contenders say but what the delegates experience is the key to ensure a successful election. 

She pledged her full support to the course of the party and the constituents and will work hand in hand with the party executives to facilitate growth for NDC and the entire Krowor constituency. 

The Secretary of the NDC in the Krowor constituency, Mr. Paul Afortey Quaye indicated that the party will endure a free, fair, and violent free election in the upcoming NDC parliamentary primaries to enhance peace and unity to be able to combat the NPP in the up 2024 general election.
