Let’s Begin To  Address Gender Inequalities From Home  –Women Advised
The Chief Executive Officer for Abronoma Foundation, a nonprofit making organization that seeks to promote girls' empowerment, Madam Linda Nyarko- Yeboah, has advised parents/guardians to begin to address gender inequalities from the basic family level home.
As the World marks International Women's Day, Abronoma Foundation joins others in raising consciousness on how families and society as a whole can contribute to addressing gender equality issues.
Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com, Madam Nyarko-Yeboah, stated that it is “about time we put a stop to discrimination against women in our society to enhance the activities of women in our daily lives”.
This according to her, can be sustainable and effective “when households are gender-conscious in treating girls and boys equally”.
She also pleaded with especially, women to begin training both their female and male wards to be gender-responsive too to break the stereotypes that tend to discriminate against girls and women.
She urged all to support girls and women in all fields and spaces to Break The Bias.
