THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE Officer (CEO) of Joy Foundation, Dr Joy Jocelyn Andoh, 
has once again added another coveted
award to her trophy cabinet this year. 

The astute business woman cum politician was crowned Global’s Most Respected CEO in the social welfare category in the Global Well Respected CEO awards and conferences held in Singapore on Thursday October 26, 2023.
The Global Most Respected CEO Awards was organized by The Business Executive and aimed at identifying and publicly recognizing the most outstanding Chief Executives in corporate world. 

Awardees included CEOs of both private and public sector corporations and institutions globally.
The Business Executive is a PAN West African Media, Communications and Events Management Company with its Head Office situated in Accra.
 However, due to numerous humanitarian supports and services Dr Andoh has been rendering to thousands of people especially widows, brilliant but needy students, the aged, the physically challenged and people with special needs in Ghana for many years, she was ranked and respected globally.

The CEO’s Plaque given to the Chief Executive Officer of Joy Foundation reads in part; "Dr Joy Jocelyn Andoh, Chief Executive Officer of Joy Foundation, Global Most Respected CEO in Social Welfare."
Dr Andoh dedicated the award to Almighty God and husband including her Joy Foundation team.
The Ghanaian famous female philanthropist described herself as a unifier and indicated her commitment and readiness to continue to work with anyone in the Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency and other communities in Ghana as a whole who believes in her vision.
According to her, the world is a better place when you can put a smile on the less fortunate one day at a time.

Dr Andoh stressed that she existed to give hope to the hopeless, voice to the voiceless and a home for the lost.
In keeping with her vision in life, Joy Jocelyn Andoh established the Joy Foundation, a non-governmental organization,some years ago.
Since the establishment of her NGO, she has supported thousands of people especially widows, brilliant but needy students, the aged, the physically challenged and people with special needs in diverse ways.

Her foundation has offered scholarships, donated educational materials, giving seed money for apprenticeship and skills development, giving soft loans and career advice to her target persons.
