John Mahama cannot advise Nana Addo to review the free SHS policy-Former Npp Youth Organizer.

Former president, John dramani Mahama is calling on the Nana Addo-led administration to review the free SHS policy to address loopholes in the education sector especially free shs that w introduced by NPP led administration.

Delivering a keynote address at the 8th Biennial Delegates Conference of the Ghana National Association of private schools in koforidua, the former president reiterated that involving private schools to review free SHS would have saved parents from psychological trauma.

Reacting to John Mahama's suggestion, Former NPP youth Organizer for Gomoa East Constituency, Clement Ofori has said that John Mahama cannot advise the Nana Addo-led administration to rescind the decision of reviewing the free SHS policy.

According to him, former president John Mahama referred to Nana Addo sometime ago that he cannot advise him on how to manage the affairs of the state since Nana Addo had not been in the presidency before and for that matter, the incompetent Mahama has no moral right to advice Nana Addo to review free SHS flagship programme.

’’ If we want someone to advise Nana Addo, it should be former president John Agyekum kuffour who served 8 terms at the presidency but not one term incompetent president”.

In an exclusive interview on Fresh Fm Anopa Nantie's morning show, the former youth organizer added that incompetent Mahama was not able to include infrastructures in the existing secondary schools but decided to build E-BLOCKS forgetting to include dormitories that will harbour students coming from afar.

Clement Ofori also stated it emphatically that the Nana Addo-led administration has expanded the existing infrastructure through the introduction of free SHS by adding up school buses and building dormitories and dining halls. NDC who brought the community senior high school ( E- BLOCKS) established only 45 blocks but Npp has completed 30 of them including dormitories.
