I am The Best Candidate To Beat Asawase NDC MP--Manaf Ibrahim Tells NPP Delegates As He Files Nomination Forms

An aspiring parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party in Asawase Constituency of the Ashanti Region, Mr Manaf Ibrahim, has urged party delegates to support him in his effort to lead the NPP to straight victory in the upcoming general election in 2024 in the first time of Ghana's political history.
In their quest to snatch Asawase Constituency parliamentary seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2024 showdown, Mr brahim claimed that he is the best candidate to beat the NDC and its incumbent Member of Parliament (MP), Honourable Mohammed-Mubarak Muntaka.
The young astute politician minced no words when he sent a strong warning messages to to Honourable Muntaka to start preparing for his defeat in the 2024 general election.
According to him,who has been in active politics many years ago, he is going to cause a tsunami in Asawase Constituency of the Ashanti Region in the 2024 showdown when he wins the NPP parliamentary candidate race.
He stressed that an upsetting victory the size of a tsunami will hit Asawase Constituency and he expects that he will be crowned as a new MP on the ticket of the NPP to represent the people in the Asawase after the 2024 polls.
Mr Ibrahim who has international business links pledged to adopt vibrant strategies to win more people to join his party when elected NPP parliamentary candidate to win the Asawase Parliamentary seat from the NDC for the first time in 2024 in Ghana's political history.
He stated that the sitting MP, Honourable Muntaka has failed woefully to develop the constituency in the areas of health, education, road network, sanitation, water, youths employment as he promised to do since he elected MP to represent the constituents till today.
He, therefore, called and advised Honourable Muntaka not to contest as MP for North Tongu Constituency in the 2024 Parliamentary elections to avoid disgrace
Mr Ibrahim made the statement on Thursday July 27, 2023 when he submitted his nomination forms which he picked last two weeks to contest the NPP parliamentary candidate primary in the Constituency.
This is the measures put in place by the Asawase NPP executives to anyone who is ready and willing to lead the Asawase Constituency in the bit of the New Patriotic Party to help break the chain which the NDC has formed in the past 20 years to come and pick a form to contest.
Mr Ibrahim was accompanied by some party executives from both national and regional including the Member of Parliament (MP) for Salaga North, Honourable Alhassan Abdallah Eddi, MP for Chereponi Honourable Abdul-Razak Tahidu, Dr. Tiah Kabiru Mahama Technical Advisor for the Vice President and many other.
Addressing the journalists, Mr Ibrahim made it clear that he is ready and eligible to lead the party to win the NPP parliamentary race and subsequently lead the party to win the 2024 general election to relief the citizens of Asawase from the hands of the NDC.
According to him, he has given a strong advice to all his followers to refrain from a campaign of insult that can cause division in the party.
The Chairman of the Asawase Constituency NPP, Mr. Noah Owusu in his words narrates how the Constituency has organized to open a free forum to all who is willing to pick a form to stand as an aspiring MP in the name of the NPP.
He added that so far three people of which two are male and one female has showed up to pick a form.
"We are still waiting until the said ending date thus, 10th October, so whoever is ready is still having the chance to show up and pick a form to contest and we are also waiting for those who have already taken to submit as one has done now"--Chairman Noah.
He concluded that, the NPP executives in the Asawase Constituency is ready in all cost to win the seat at this time and expose the wrecked governing of the NDC MP, Honourable Muntaka Mubarak.
