Gob3 Seller Stab 16 Year Old Form 1 Student

16-year-old Roland Asare a form one student of Oyoko Methodist SHS has been stabbed to death by a gob3 seller in the eastern region.

The suspect in this case Kweku Kyere is an 18-year-old SHS 1 student, who sells gob3 to his customers while his mum is away. Kweku Kyere, aka “Old Soldier” is a popular name in the locality when it comes to the sales of cooked beans (gob3).

The family of the alleged murderer had a problem with their toilet, so they deemed it “bad” and unsafe for their personal use. They decide to call a mason and a painter to come to help them renovate the place.

According to reliable sources, the alleged murderer Kweku Kyere is an uncle of the deceased (Roland Asare). Meaning, that they were from the same extended family.

Roland Asare and his uncle Kweku Kyere had a misunderstanding in the morning. Old soldier started this misunderstanding with the painter who came to the house to work. While the misunderstanding was ongoing, Roland approached the scene to stop his niece from fighting the painter and mason. While the quarrel was getting out of hand, Kweku Kyere (old soldier) decided to get himself a weapon, which was a knife and a stick.

Luckily enough, Roland appeared at the scene earlier and was able to disrupt the quarrel.

After their quarrel ended, he decided to descend heavily on an old woman, who has been identified as his Comfort Asia (his Aunty). Roland became confused and wasn’t able to tell why his niece behaved like that on that early morning. He confronted this scene also and was able to separate Kweku Kyere and his Aunty.

For the third time, Kweku Kyere fought with his Uncle (Nana Agyei) on that same morning. And for the third time, Roland (the deceased) approached the scene to separate the two.

Unknowingly, Roland Asare had the knife in his shirt to stab anyone when the situation gets critical. Roland Asare, who became the major destruction to stop the fight, was stabbed by Old Soldier.

People were called to the scene to come to observe the unbelievable act.

Roland Asare was rushed to the Koforidua Central Hospital for Emergent Health attention but he was announced dead after Doctors tried their possible best to treat this situation.

Nana Agyei, after the incident, revealed the kind of life Kweku Kyere lived while they stayed in the same compound. According to him, he was addicted to weed and alcohol, of which he had many bottles in his room.

The popular Gob3 seller was arrested after he stabbed his fellow.
