The Deputy Chairman for the NDC in the Akuapem North Constituency, Mr Kwaku Agyapong insists Ghana will now have a strict adherence to bills that shall come in the 8th Parliament for passage.

Mr Agyapong, well known in the political cycle as Baba Tunde stressed that bills like Agyapa, PDS and other "corrupt" bills may not have anything in this 8th parliament of the 4th Republic.

He emphasized leaders under President-elect, Nana Addo Dankwah has been compromised, and most have become deaf and dumb with the truth, that is why the outcome in the parliamentary election, as well as the election of the 8th speaker of the 4th republic, has gone the way of the opposition party.

According to Mr Agyapong, the parliament under Hon. Professor Mike Oquay witnessed a lot of " corrupt" approvals and he believes that it also contributed to his defeat.

He then charged the house to be extra vigilant in their duty by allowing only important bills that are free of corruption to have its way in the house.

Moreover, he believes no bill will be passed in a haste as the nation witnessed under Hon. Professor Mike Oquay during the 7th parliament of the 4th republic.

Baba Tunde stated that there are a lot of cracks in the NPP and it gave birth during the election of the 8th speaker of parliament in the 4th republic.

He finally congratulated the speaker elect Hon Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin for his election as the speaker of the 8th parliament of the 4th Republic.
