The National Chief Imam of Ghana, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu has paid a condolence visit to the Ambassador from United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Ghana.

The visit was to commiserate with the people of the Arab country over the demise of their President, Sheikh bin Zayed al-Nahyan last Friday.

At the Embassy, he prayed for Allah's mercy for the Soul of the decease and all gone souls.

A new leader, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed was elected to the high office of the country.

The late leader of the Kingdom, according to reports died from poor health.

The Ministry of Presidential Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced official State mourning and flags at half-mast for 40 days, starting yesterday Friday.

Official work has also been suspended in ministries, Departments, federal and local institutions, and the private sector for three days.
