It also aims to promote the whole development of women and girls so that they can become active contributors to societal advancement.

The forum wants to give women a solid support network to enable them to reach their full potential by promoting their ambition and self-assurance.

Adeline Baidoo, the president of the Ghana Women Forum, said in an interview that the program also envisions a just and equitable society where women have equal access to economic freedom and social standing to males.

The Ghana Women Forum, she said, "focuses on promoting activities that recognize the aspirations of the marginalized feminine group, especially young women, and strives to promote gender relations based on equity and mutual respect" in order to bring about such a transformation in the status of women in Ghanaian society.

Since the group's founding, it has taken on initiatives like in-person skill training and virtual conferences once a month to empower women on a variety of subjects, including "The Strength of a Woman," "I Am Unstoppable," "Who is a Woman of Valor," "My Responsibility as a Woman in Society," "The Praying Woman," "How to Start a Business as a Woman," "Women in ICT," and many others.

In addition to these conferences, they have helped some of the needy women find jobs.

Most women, especially the Wocoms at schools, have received a lot of instruction from them on how to carry out their responsibilities as students, women leaders, and many other things.

The Gender Ministry has previously met with them and promised them of its support.
