Ghana imports cassava  from china under the Akufo  Addo administration

The Chief Whip of the majority Mr. Annoh Dompreh raised a point of order to challenge the Member of Parliament (MP) for Asunafo South Constituency in the Brong-Ahafo Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Eric Opoku who made such revelation when contributing to a statement which was read by Salaga North Member of Parliament (MP). However, the first deputy speaker of P.arliament Mr. Joseph Osei Owusu has directed the Hansard Department to expunge it from the records of Parliament because the alleged importation of cassava from china is not true.
