Information reaching Soireenews.com points to soaring of cheating compounded with the poor renumeration and salary, lack of proper safety measures, discrimination, racism, abuse of Ghanaians workers by expatriates at the Twellium Industrial Company Ghana.
The multinational company located on Nsawam-Accra road is the production of Rush Energy drink, Original American Cola, Planet Range, Bubble Up lemon lime, Verna Mineral water, McBerry biscuits and McBerry Cake.
The Twellium Industrial Company which has entered the Ghanaian beverage market in September 2013 was reported to have been badly treating the Ghanaian workers by way of paying them monthly low salaries, amidst tension and confusion in the company.
According to the information, some of the workers worked for over five years without being made the permanent staff, the actions of the company which were a complete violation of the Labour Act 2003.
All the expatriates are said to be treated like Arabian kings and currently living in very expensive accommodations with their kids attending the most expensive basic schools in the country.
Some key Ghanaians workers who work as machine operators are denied the required logistics to work and literally pushed them to deliver the targets assigned failure of which they are threatened with being fired.
The gross disrespects and abuses meted out to the Ghanaian workers are so perversion to the extent that the workers had no option than to send safe of soul (SOS) messages to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to impress upon the Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, Mr.Ignatius Baffour Awuah and Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to urgently come to their aid.
Management of the company, according to the insiders, has resorted to subtle cheating and discrimination against the Ghanaian workers and varied forms of abuses which situation consistently put Ghanaians workers under pressure, thereby forcing most of them to loss their jobs.
The environment, the Soireenews.com understands has been poisoned with oppression, suppression, intimidations, threats of job loss, divide and rule tactics just to mention few.
The Soireenews.com discovered that the expatriates abuse of Ghanaian workers and extreme exploitation of the Ghanaian hospitality is having negative effect on most workers of the once thriving friendly Lebanese- owned company.
The Twellium McBerry Ghana was grown and made attractive by dint of hard work of it Ghanaians workers, has now become a den of torture, mental harassment and blatant racial abuse of the very people who have worked over the years to make the business attractive and lucrative for the acquisition by the multi-national companies.
This news outlet discovered that the salary of the Ghanaian workers was too small, saying that the company claimed it marks a worker GH¢25.00 for a daily basis for working for the seven hours. 
Interestingly, the Soireenews.com gathered that a worker sometimes ended up receiving  GH¢300.00 or GH¢ 250.00 instead of GH¢ 650.00 per twenty-six (26) days for a month. 
What is very irritating, according to sources closed to the workers was that some of the supervisors of the company sometimes used their positions to steal the workers by way of reducing their monthly salaries with the explanations that these workers had not worked to meet their targets hence the deduction.
The supervisors were reported to be deducting the salaries of the workers on the blind side of the direct management of company because, the salaries of the workers were paid on the table top.
Sadly when the affected workers reported these criminal acts of the supervisors to the management of the company, the workers had rather ended up of being sacked by the company upon the advise of the supervisors.
They insiders told this reporter that some workers who were machine operators have incidentally got their hands chopped off by the biscuit machines.
Strangely, this online news portal was informed that the management of the company had left these affected workers in their fate without even paying their medical treatment expenses as well compensation packages to these workers.
This reporter was told that there are no months that there would not be the reported cases of incidents of hand chopped of workers by machines in the company.
The insiders disclosed that a couple of days ago a 24-year-old male worker has his left
chopped off in biscuit machine.
According to the information available, the company denied responsibilities of the medical treatment expenses of the boy who are currently staying with one of the supervisors of the company.
Attempts to get the managers of the company to respond to the allegations leveled against them were unsuccessful.
