Crime rate in Dormaa West worrying-RM              

                         
The Bono Regional Minister, Justina Owusu Banahene, has observed that the increased rate of crime especially murder cases in these recent times in the Dormaa West District of the Bono region is disheartening.

According to her, issues of crime across the region are matters of concern to all and everyone must endeavor to help to solve the issue.

She noted that she will work with the Regional Security Council (RESEC) and other stakeholders within the region to minimize criminal activities, especially in the Dormaa West district.

The assurance follows a report she had from the District Security Council (DISEC) expressing concern about the growing incidence of violent crimes including murder in Dormaa West.

She made this when she paid a working visit to the Dormaa West District Assembly where she had an engagement with departmental heads of the Assembly.
