COVID-19: Ghana’s Case Count Rises to 27,677; Death toll now 148
Active cases currently stand at 4,270
Ghana’s case count of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has increased by 607 to 27,677
According to the Ghana Health Service, the new cases - which were recorded on July 16, 2020 - came from samples that were taken between June 22 to 15 July, 2020.
Per the latest update three more persons have succumbed to the disease, raising the death toll to 148.
The recoveries have also increased to 23,249.
Currently, the active COVID-19 cases in Ghana is pegged at 4,270.
