COVID-19: Ghana’s Case Count Crosses 30,000 with over 1,000 new Recoveries
Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has spiked to 30,366 after 694 more persons tested positive for the virulent disease.
According to the Ghana Health Service, these new cases are from samples taken from the period from June 11 to July 19, 2020.
Per the latest, some 1,356 COVID-19 patients have recovered/discharged since the last update on Tuesday [July 21] bringing the overall recovery count to 26,687.

The death remained at 153.
The active COVID-19 cases in Ghana is pegged at 3,526.
From the Active cases, 26 are in severe conditions, 6 are in critical conditions; out of which, four are on ventilators.
So far 361, 542 tests have been conducted in Ghana since the country recorded its first two cases in March 2020.
