COVID-19: Ghana records over 200 new recoveries; Active cases down to 1,906

Ghana's Active COVID-19 cases have reduced by 101 to 1,906.

This is because 223 more COVID-19 patients have recovered from the disease, pushing  the total recovery count to 39,718

This was announced by the Ghana Health Service on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

Ghana's overall COVID-19 case count is pegged at 41,847

Out of the number of active cases in Ghana, six are in a critical condition, four on ventilators, and 17 in severe condition.

So far, a total of 421,588 tests have so far been conducted in the country.
