Beaches in the central region were highly occupied by revelers on Easter Monday. A downpour in the morning to keep the atmosphere cool could not even demotivate people as they had fun along the beaches.

Meanwhile, the Omankrado of Gomoa Fetteh, Nana Kwesi Kwaansah has decried the poor nature of roads leading to the beaches in the central region.

He said it serves as a demotivating factor to patrons even though the area has beautiful beaches.

He had called on authorities to improve the state of roads.
