Edinson Cavani has trained with Manchester United for the first time after completing his mandatory 14-days quarantine on Sunday.

The former Paris Saint Germain forward signed a one-year contract with the Red Devils during the just-ended transfer window in the early stages of this month to beef up the attacking line of the Red Devils.

The forward missed Manchester United’s trip to the Saint James Park where they recorded a 4-1 victory in the league, their second win after four matches.

He played a key role in the Ligue 1 club’s history, scoring 200 goals in his seven years in the French capital to become PSGs top goalscorer. He overtook Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the crown in 2018 and added to their collection six Ligue 1 titles, five Coupes de la Ligue and four Coupes de France.
