BBNaija 2022: Organizers Announce Premiere Date, Grand Prize

Organizers of Africa’s popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), have announced that the 2022 Season 7 edition will premiere on Saturday 23rd and 24th of July 2022.

The organizers, in a press briefing on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, said the new season will premiere across all DSTV packages on channel 198 and GOtv Max, and channel 29.

It also announced that the winner will walk away with N100 million worth of prizes and housemates will be in the house for 72 days.

“The winner for #BBNaijaS7 goes home with N100,000,000. N50,000,000 in cash and N50,000,000 worth of prizes from sponsors.”

It also added that with no more COVID-19 restrictions, therefore, there will be a live audience and ninja.

This is coming hours after Big Brother Naija organizers had once again teased the return of Africa’s biggest reality show which left many fans angered.

In June, BBN viewers went wild as they anticipated the return of the biggest reality show in Africa.

Almost two weeks after the end of the Season 6 reunion show, organizers teased the unveiling of new housemates in a special announcement on their page.

Keeping fans in suspension, the show organizers didn’t unveil a release date.

This had divided social media users as they express excitement over the grand return of their favorite show.

However, they didn’t receive the same reception as they teased the grand return of the show for the second time.

Many fans were left disappointed as they failed to announce an airdate.

The organizers kept dropping teasers which had left many infuriated.

It seems as they listen to the viewers as the organizers swung into action immediately they noticed people were losing patience.
